In the workshop today the Weber Barbecue Airstream has come in for it’s annual safety check and service. This Airstream spends it’s summer touring the UK and Ireland as part of Weber’s Grill Academy – teaching people to cook beautifully barbecued food – rather than the burned offerings traditionally associated with the British barbecue season.
